This time of year is always funny – It’s balmy and spring like one day, cold and blustery the next (or even within the same day)! But warmer days are coming – just around the corner. Spring is such a welcome time of year that begs for us to get outside, move our bodies, strip off a layer, let the sun warm our skin. We are almost there – maybe a few false spring days first…
This month, I invite you to wake up stagnant energy and dormant wintery parts of yourself through daily(ish) yoga and/or meditation practice, anchored by weekly virtual check ins with me, and weekly recorded practices shared with you. This is not a personal challenge, but rather a commitment to yourself and the celebration of the returning of the energy of spring!
This “Spring Cleaning” is an opportunity to create a personal commitment that brings you home to yourself, that has you feel refreshed, awake, and alive as we move into the transition of seasons. Bring greater energy and vitality into your body and mind through mindful movement, energizing breath practice, and centering meditation.
Your Spring Cleaning/21 Day Commitment includes:
- An online weekly check in (Tuesdays, 7-8:30pm) will include a gentle, yet enlivening yoga and meditation practice, time to share and connect with your community, and specific practices to take with you for the next week. (Weekly check-in will be recorded in case you have to miss a session).
- An opportunity to create your own structure to practice daily(ish) over the 21 days. This might include studio or online yoga or meditation classes, self-guided practice, or practice using recordings.
- Small group accountability buddies to check in with (as works for you).
- A recording from Erin of a weekly guided meditation or other practice to use on your own time.
