Yoga For Beginners
Intro to Yoga Series
This 6-week program is designed to teach the fundamentals of yoga postures, breathing and mindfulness for students who are brand-new to yoga. It is also appropriate for those that haven’t practiced for a while or want a detailed and slow-paced refresher. Our Intro to Yoga Series is currently led online as a once weekly class for 6 weeks. An unlimited membership, meaning access to all Source Yoga drop in classes, is available to participants in a 6-week Intro to Yoga Series only for the duration of those 6 weeks (from first to last class of the series).
