INTRO SERIES FOR BEGINNERS

If you would like to try out yoga in a welcoming, non-intimidating environment, join us for an easygoing 3 week series and learn more about how you don't have to change your body to fit the yoga class, but how yoga can fit your body as it is.















Join a skilled Source Yoga instructor for a 3 week Introduction to Yoga. This class is designed to teach fundamentals of yoga postures, how to adapt poses to work for your unique body, and breathing and mindfulness techniques to relieve stress and calm your nervous system. During your 3-week Intro class you will have a 2 week yoga membership to try out other classes (your teacher will help you find the classes that are the perfect fit for you)!


















Students will have the opportunity to ask questions and explore something new in a kind, supportive environment.
