Intro to Yoga, New Referral Program



In this third year of pandemic life, I just want to take a moment to thank you for the support you have offered Source Yoga. I can guarantee we would not still be here without your commitment to the studio, to your yoga practice, and to our community.

Our community is made up of many long time, dedicated students of Source Yoga. As consistent yoga practitioners, you know intimately the difference that yoga makes for your body and mind. And you know other folks that yoga could support as well!

We are always happy to welcome new students into our non-competitive, non-intimidating, and supportive classes.  To our dedicated students, we would really appreciate your support in sharing about our studio and generous community. For beginners, we have an upcoming 3 week Intro to Yoga Series with Shari – Tuesdays, 5:30-6:45pm, beginning September 15th Can you help us spread the word about this or any of our great classes?

As a thank you, if you refer a new student who signs up for the intro series or purchases any drop in, pass, or membership, we will credit $15 to your account to be used towards your next membership, class pass, or workshop. Be sure to have your friend add your name as the referrer when they set up their account. 

As a reminder, you don’t have to have a certain type of body or ability to find a class that can work for you at Source Yoga. Our yoga and mindfulness practices are accessible for all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities. We offer classes that are guided at an accessible pace, offering the use of props and modifications to adapt movement, and allowing yoga practice to benefit everyone.

Our Intro to Yoga Series is at our North Tacoma studio and is designed to teach the fundamentals of yoga postures, breathing and mindfulness to students new to yoga. This series is open to beginners and also students who have done some yoga but could use an in person refresher with a skilled instructor – our own Shari Larson! Learn more here.
