We’ve created these free guided MBSR audio meditations to give you a way to easily take some time for meditation wherever you are. It’s important to take time to rejuvenate and recenter yourself, even on the busiest of days, so get your headphones, find a quiet spot, and follow along with Erin as she guides you through these mindfulness-based stress reduction meditations.
