If you’re new to yoga, we encourage you take any of the classes listed below. Each class is gentle, geared towards beginners, and a wonderful place to start exploring the world of yoga. Our instructors are skilled and knowledgeable and can help you with any special needs or concerns. If you need special attention, please arrive early to let your instructor know.

Intro Series $75 for 6 weeks!
These 6 week programs are designed to teach the fundamentals of yoga postures, breathing and mindfulness to students brand-new to yoga. Yoga Fundamentals:
A drop-in class appropriate for beginners teaching proper alignment, breathing, and sequencing at a slow pace.
Relax and Restore:
This is a drop-in slow paced class which emphasizes slowing down, relaxation, and meditation. Appropriate for beginners, people seeking to relax, or just looking for a gentler practice.
