On this day of Thanksgiving, we’ll pause and reflect on those things for which we are grateful, and we’ll manifest our gratitude through a gentle, slow flow asana practice. Have a piece of paper and a pen or pencil handy for a brief gratitude exercise at the beginning of class and we’ll conclude our practice with nourishing pranayama and a gratitude meditation. This practice will help you ground, center, and remember what’s important as we head into the holiday season.
