Sarah Low

Sarah has practiced yoga for over twenty years and has been leading yoga classes for four years. Sarah teaches from a place of compassion knowing that each one of us is on our own path and yet we are all in this together. Sarah is a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher who graduated from the Source Yoga Teacher Training program. Sarah has also completed the UC San Diego Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher Training Intensive, Mindful Schools Educator Essentials Training, and the Mindful School One-Year Training. She brings her mindfulness training and experience into her yoga teaching.
