WELCOMING FALL WITH SOURCE YOGA | Source Yoga
It was damp and cool when I woke up, one of the first mornings that really felt like fall. I happily pulled on a hoodie, grateful for the turning of the seasons. Fall is when we see many familiar faces at the studio – students returning after the hustle and bustle of the summer months. There is something that feels so sweet about returning to practice, and the sense of community that comes with making your way back into the studio after some time away.

I am looking forward to seeing you at some of our fall offerings. Please take a look and join us in class or for one of our upcoming series, for the opportunity to “go back to school” at Source Yoga.*

*In my opinion, the best kind of school – the study of the self and how we can be our fullest, most embodied selves.
