Class card/ Membership Policy:
- Class cards are valid for a limited period of time. Your expiration date will be given to you when you are issued your card/membership. You are responsible for knowing your expiration date. There are no extensions.
- Classes that are not used by the expiration date are forfeited.
- Class cards are non-transferable
- Class cards have no cash value
- All fees once paid are non-refundable
- Packages & memberships activate upon first visit not purchase date (unless purchasing New Student Special and autopay monthly membership)
- We do not allow pro-rates for series classes
- All Class Packages and memberships must be used within one year of purchase date
- There will be $25 fee for returned checks
Workshop/ Refund/Cancellation Policy:
- Source Yoga reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Registrants will be notified by phone 24 hours to the event. Full refunds will be issued by check or by credit card.
- You will be issued a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hrs in advance. You will be issued an account credit for same day early cancellations. No refunds, no transfers, and no credits for late cancellations. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the workshop.
- There are no make-ups for classes missed in a workshop or series. Missed classes do not carry over to the next session.
Intro. Series Cancellation Policy:
- There are no refunds.
- If you attend no more than 2 classes and then cannot return due to injury or family emergency you will be able to put the money from the series minus the class/es you attended onto your account for future purchases. All packages and memberships must be used within one year.
- You may transfer into a future Intro. Series 1x and then your money will be put onto your account for you to use for future purchases. All purchases are non-transferable, have no cash value, and it is your responsibility to contact the appropriate studio to make any requests or changes.
