Take Note – we will be canceling or moving classes online Memorial Day Weekend for a studio refresh, including fresh paint and other updates!

  • 9:30am Level 1 (online) with Erin
Saturday, May 25th:
  • 9am Level 1 (ONLINE ONLY) with Kelly
  • 10:30am Align + Flow (online) with Tiffany
Sunday, May 26th: 
  • 9am Level 1 (online) with Melissa
Monday, May 27th:
  • 9:30am Gentle Yoga (online) with Erin
Tuesday, May 28th: Regular studio schedule resumes.
