Swing by the studio and pick up the second installment of the Source Yoga Journal!

This journal is a compilation of writing and art by your creative Source Yoga community, carefully curated and edited by Tamiko Nimura, and lovingly designed by artist Burcu Koleli. We were so moved by the reception of our inagural journal last winter, we couldn’t wait to put out another. Of course, every creative endeavor takes time, so here we are, almost a year later. We think it’s worth the wait.

This fall issue centers around the theme of Nurture. In this issue, you will see reflections on how we are nurtured, how we nurture, what nurtures us, and how we nurture ourselves. You will read about how natureas well as art, food, gardening, caring for plant babies, and yes, time on our yoga mat, offers us nurturing  

I’m also so deeply grateful for the Source Yoga community that I have been nurtured by for almost two decades. I hope Source Yoga has been a place where you have also been held through different stages of your life, through both the joys and the sorrows, and I hope your practice continues to nurture you for many years to come.
