Creating Space & Ease through Self Massagewith guest teacher Erin Harris, Thursday June 4th, 7-8:30pm:
Massage therapist Erin Harris will guide you to work deeply, but gently into the soft tissues of your upper back, shoulders, arms, and hands using Yoga Tune Up Balls.
Retreat to Whidbey Island June 19th-21st. ***Scholarships available*** I have decided to open up 3 partial scholarships – if you would benefit from a reduced price, let me know by sending me an email inquiring. Here is all info for this special retreat.
Push Prep: A Pelvic Floor Birth Workshop With Physical Therapist Dr. Mandi Murtaugh; For pregnant folks in the 2nd or 3rd trimester with one support person (partner, doula, or other birth support person) June 27th, 2-4pm. Early bird discount applies if registering before June 1st.
