An Invitation – Take a Class on Us! | Source Yoga

February 16th, 2022

If this last two years has taught us anything, it’s that we really don’t know what the future holds. We have been happy that so many of you have gone with the flow and adapted with us.

We have LOVED the opportunity to be with you in our online classes – and those aren’t going anywhere, as long as you keep showing up for them.

But we really do miss seeing you in the studio. I know so many of our activities have had some risk/benefit evaluation as a part of them this last 2 years. I also know things change, day by day, week by week, month by month.

I hope as Covid cases drop in our region, and as you start to feel more comfortable venturing back into some of your pre-pandemic routines, you consider joining us again in our sweet North Tacoma Studio.

If you haven’t been in the studio since our pre-pandemic times, I invite you to come visit us in person at our North Tacoma studio and take a class on us.

Email us to book your free welcome back class.

We are being thoughtful about gathering, and the community showing up has been respectful and extremely appreciative of practicing together.

Reminder – class sizes are limited, and pre-registration is required. Please cancel your registration at least 2 hours in advance if you are unable to make it to open up space for someone else. Masks continue to be required at this time as a way to care for our community and be mindful of the well-being of others.

Check out our in-studio classes and consider joining us to practice in community.

View our in-studio schedule here.

Of course, if you love practicing online, check out our full schedule, including online classes here.

I hope to see you soon,

Erin Joosse | she/her

  1. I took the 2 hour intro class and would like to begin a weekly class in studio. I have chronic sciatica and want to start with a less intense class. What do you recommend?

    1. Hi Rae Ann,
I would recommend starting with a Gentle Yoga class or Relax & Restore, perhaps a Level 1. Our teachers are fantastic at supporting you to work at your own pace and use props or options to modify postures to fit your needs. Email us at [email protected] if you have other questions or need support getting set up!
      thanks,
      Erin Joosse, studio owner
