We welcome you to explore our many classes, series, and workshops if you’re ready to select an experience that’s right for you. - Kids 6 week yoga series – With Angie McLaughlin
• Children discover yoga through movement exploration, story, play and fun. Yoga helps kids develop balance, flexibility, strength, focus and relaxation.

• Register - Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation – 5 week Series with Erin Joosse
• We will explore:
– The benefits of meditation
– Concentration: learning to steady the mind
– Mindfulness of the body, thoughts, and emotions
– Cultivating compassion
– How to keep the practice going

• Register - Stillness and Insight, an Exploration of Yin Yoga – With Rebecca Ray
• Spend the afternoon learning more about Yin Yoga. The practice uses long held postures in conjunction with gravity to access the deeper more Yin parts of the body (fascia, ligaments, joints and bones) and is a great complement to an active lifestyle and yoga practice. It will leave you feeling deeply connected to your body and awake to the present moment.
