Liz’s love for yoga began and continues to grow at Source. Her first introduction to yoga was through Prenatal Yoga in 2010. In 2015 she dove in a little deeper and took her first Intro to Yoga series. Liz has attended the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program twice, and was a student of the 200 Hour Source Yoga Mindfulness Based Yoga Teacher Training in 2019. She joined Source behind the scenes supporting Shari and students from the University Place front desk early 2020. Liz also has attended the Yoga For All Bodies Teacher Training with Natalia Tabilo and the 200 Hour Accessible Yoga Teacher Training with Jivana Heyman.
Prior to that, Liz spent 20 years working in pharmacy, working at a veterinary hospital, fostering dogs – and she enjoys snowboarding, camping and spending time outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with her family, and continuing on her path of self-study and mindfulness.
Her passion is in sharing all she is continuously learning through her own yoga practice and from her teachers, with friends, family and community.
