Ingrid Walker
yoga instructor
Ingrid Walker is retired professor and lifelong teacher. She has attended Source since 2009 and did her 200-hour YTT there. Over a lifetime of practice, her yoga teachers have given her a deep gift that she wishes to give to others.
The ability to watch ourselves and to notice what we see can be a sort of healing in yoga. After a horrible bike accident, Ingrid used her yoga training to mentally and physically heal over 18 months of brain and body injuries. She has become a certified instructor in traumatic brain injury-accessible yoga.
Ingrid works on kindness, compassion, and clarity through breathwork, postures, and self-reflection. Quieting the mind and focusing helps us practice life. Even a little effort is never wasted.
