This is a timely article as our thoughts turn toward the brave firefighters in our state and across the nation who put their lives on the line. What stressful jobs they must have!

Dr. Robert Scott is a psychologist and a recognized expert in the field of trauma and disaster psychology. He had a unique (although we at Source don’t know why it should be) approach to stress management and mindfulness for first responders… set up yoga and mindfulness programs!

There are huge benefits to practicing yoga and mindfulness if you have a stressful job. If it works for firefighters and law enforcement, it can work for anyone!
