Felix Hill, PT, DPT, OCS

Felix has felt deeply supported by yoga on a personal level since their early 20’s. In the fall of 2025, as LGBTQ+ and immigrant communities began to be targeted in new ways, they felt the need to deepen their yoga practice and build more spiritual community.

Felix completed their 200 hour teacher training at 8 Limbs Yoga in Seattle in May. They were a massage therapist for 8 years and studied Craniosacral therapy in Seattle, then moved to Denver, Colorado to earn their doctorate in physical therapy at Regis University. They earned their Orthopedic Specialist Certification in 2024. Felix has worked as a physical therapist at Wellspring Physical Therapy in Federal Way since June of 2025.

Felix shares yoga to quiet the whirlwind of events in our minds so that we can connect with our higher selves. They believe that through the practice of yoga, we can cultivate the self awareness, groundedness and skills we need to grow together and ultimately try to co-create a better world.

Since moving here with their wife in 2022, they have found a wonderful community in Tacoma. In their free time, they go for walks in Tacoma’s parks with their doberman-lab mix and grow berries, flowers and vegetables in their community garden.

Yoga For Everyday People

Source Yoga is a place to simply be, accept ourselves as we are in this moment, and connect with our innate wisdom.

Through the cultivation of present moment awareness through yoga and mindfulness practices, we discover and nurture our inner resources for self-care, ease, peace of mind, and compassion.

We welcome students of all ages and abilities. Join our warm, welcoming community in a supportive and non-intimidating environment.
