Sandi Koch

yoga instructor

Sandi has been teaching yoga since 2014. She brings her lifelong love of movement and wellness to every session. She especially enjoys teaching Mindful Hatha, YogaAlign™, Restorative Yoga, and Adaptive Yoga – classes are alignment focused while remaining compassionate, accessible, and supportive. She believes yoga is for everybody, and her goal is to help students find movement that feels safe, sustainable, and empowering.

A lifelong learner, Sandi earned her RYT-500 certification in 2018, through Three Trees Yoga in Federal Way, and continues to explore functional movement and alignment-based practices within yoga. Drawing from her background in Occupational Therapy, Reiki, and Thai Yoga Massage, she creates mindful classes that balance gentleness, challenge, and a touch of humor.

She values yoga not only for its healing benefits, but also for the sense of connection and community it can create. Whether students attend group classes or work with her privately, Sandi helps them feel seen, supported, and capable—fostering a space where people can build confidence, listen to their bodies, and leave feeling more grounded, connected, and hopeful.
