At the Threshold: A Spring Sound Journey of Becoming with Andrea Steele

Sunday, March 22nd, 5:30-8pm

The Spring Equinox arrives as a sacred pause, a moment of balance where light and dark meet, and the earth quietly exhales into renewal. This offering is an invitation to slow, soften, and listen for what is tenderly asking to take shape within you.

Held in restorative sound, we’ll settle the nervous system and create space for rest, remembering, and inner listening. Through intuitive collage journaling, you’ll follow what draws you, images, textures, and symbols guiding you toward what you are ready to nurture, and what can be gently released and returned to the soil to support new growth.

After the journey, we’ll share warm tea and time together, allowing space to integrate and if it feels right, speak aloud what was felt, seen, or remembered. This is a space of care, curiosity, and quiet connection, where each person’s unfolding is met with kindness.

Collage materials and supplies will be provided, but please feel free to bring anything else that you would like to include in your collage like a magazine(s), images, etc. No experience is needed. Come exactly as you are, and meet yourself and one another with tenderness in community.

Pre-registration is required.
