Somatic Yoga: Grounding Through the Skeletal System ~ 3 week series with Karen Peters

Date: Saturdays, April 15th – 29th, 10:30-11:45am

Join Karen Laura Peters for a 3 week dive into the anatomy and moving experience of your bones. The skeletal system gives our body its foundational supporting structure. Our bones can be a pathway to find more alignment, ease, and groundedness in ourselves. Each week we will focus on a different part of the skeletal system in our yoga practice.

This series is IN PERSON at the Source studio. If you took this series last spring online, we invite you to sign up again. There are many layers to this material and exploring somatic movement in community can feel quite different than online. We’d love to be with you in the studio!

Space is limited, please preregister.

Cost (sliding scale): $50/$70/$90

Why sliding scale? We want our classes and offerings to be accessible for all. By offering a sliding scale of rates, we offer different options that work for different budgets. Equity pricing works if those that have easy access to financial resources pay at the higher tiers, so that those with less access to resources can choose the lower tiers, and we are still able to meet the financial needs of our business operations and support sustainable wages for teachers.

Supporting Rate – $90 Pays for you and supports someone who needs to pay at a lower rateSustaining Rate – $70: Pays for youSupported Rate – $50: Contributes to your participation and is supported by the generosity of the community
