As the current health crisis continues we’ve all experienced change and stress in our lives. Social distancing is a term many of us had never heard of, but are now using multiple times a day. Staying home to keep us all safe with limited outside exposure brings a sense of melancholy among other emotions as we approach the holiday season. We begin to wonder how we can navigate through this holiday season.
To help support you as we enter this holiday season we offer a time to pause just for you.
In this workshop you will cultivate steadiness and ease. The emphasis will be on relaxation, restoration, and calming the mind. The workshop will include: A restorative yoga practice, mindfulness meditation and Yoga Nidra to promote deep rest.
