Pranayama in Practice with Shari Larson

6 week online morning series

During times of stress our breath can be impacted, creating patterns that don’t support us. Our nervous system revs up and we get stuck in anxiousness and over-breathing. Through practice we can support our nervous system, slow our breath and come back to healthier rhythms.
Every breath we take contributes to a state of energetic and chemical balance in the body. We breathe about 20,000 times a day. How do we change a habit that we do so often?
Through practice.
Join Shari for a morning pranayama series. Each 30 minute session we will move and breathe. Breath home practices will be given for those who wish to practice in between sessions.
This series will include slow, mindful movement and gentle breathing practices, accessible to everyone. No prior experience is necessary.

This series is online.
