Navigating life as a new parent can be challenging and often lonely, even in the best of times. We at Source recognize and honor the magic that can happen with practicing yoga in community; simply being together in shared space.
If you are a new parent wanting to gather with others in a safe, outdoor environment, please join us for a 3-week Backyard Yogibaby series! Together in a fully-fenced, shaded yard, we will share yoga and conversation, smiles and space. Face-to-face, babes in arms, participating in the magic of presence.
Parenting is a courageous life transition. Sometimes beautiful, more times tougher-than-we-ever-imagined. You don’t have to go it alone—lean into your village at Source!
The back yard/practice space is stroller accessible (down a short, paved driveway).
Yard is fully fenced and partly shaded (choose sun or shade).
Mowed lawn (no chemicals or non-organic fertilizers).
Easy access to restroom.
Bring a yoga mat or blanket, yourself and your babe(s)!
*Space limited to 10 adults
Sliding Scale Pricing: $30/$35/$40
Pay at the highest level you are able in order to support those who need to pay less.

Yoga For Everyday People

Source Yoga is a place to simply be, accept ourselves as we are in this moment, and connect with our innate wisdom.

Through the cultivation of present moment awareness through yoga and mindfulness practices, we discover and nurture our inner resources for self-care, ease, peace of mind, and compassion.

We welcome students of all ages and abilities. Join our warm, welcoming community in a supportive and non-intimidating environment.
