Physical yoga practice is something we both learn and learn from, and
finding our level and speed of movement is part of the journey. It can
sometimes feel like a class is too fast or too slow – how can we find our
individual “just right” no matter what?
Appropriate for all levels, this workshop will explore how to “feel” our
way into every practice, set healthy challenges on the mat, allow
ourselves yoga grace, and know when to adjust and modify.
