“Life rafts to keep us afloat when we feel like we’re flooding…”

In this 3 week, 90 minute/session class, we will explore neuroscience and psychology to help us understand ourselves better. We will also practice gentle yoga and breathing to ground ourselves, and reflect through writing and sharing with others. Sharing is a choice.

What we will explore:

  • Learn about our brain plasticity and how we can change our patterns of behavior.
  • How to Hack our Happiness Hormones
  • Examine how to dialogue with ourselves when we are conflicted, with the goal of allowing our best self to make our decisions.

Join Marcia Matthaei, Mental Health Therapist and graduate of the Source Yoga Mindfulness Based Yoga Teacher Training in exploring how our daily practices can support our mental health and well-being.
