If you’ve ever wanted to bring more peace and calm to the stressful moments of parenting, this course is for you! Mindfulness in our relationships with our children can transform the way we interact with one another, improving happiness and fulfillment. In this guided 4-week series, you will go through a weekly mindful movement practice and meditation, along with discussions on how mindful awareness positively impacts our relationships. Each week’s practice will improve your awareness of how your behaviors impact those around you and how to identify and modify your behaviors. At the end of the series, you’ll come away with the tools necessary to help not only yourself, but your children as well.
