Somatic Yoga: Ligaments & Fascia ~ with Karen Laura Peters


Fascia is a matrix of spiraling connective tissue that wraps around everything in your body, impacting and impacted by your daily movements. Ligaments are specialized connective tissue that help set the boundaries and paths of movement between the bones.

Each week we will explore fascia and ligaments in yoga poses and other somatic movement. This series includes anatomical information, weekly journaling/movement assignments, optional sharing, and guided ligament/fascia self-touch.

This series is IN PERSON at the Source studio. If you took this series last year online, we invite you to sign up again. There are many layers to this material and exploring somatic movement in community can feel quite different than online. We’d love to be with you in the studio!
