Through simple, gentle practices, we will explore how breath directly affects your nervous system and helps you feel better emotionally. Join us to slow down, breathe deeper, and discover practical techniques you can use immediately to create more ease in your body and mind.

  • Learn to Calm & Balance: Master fundamental techniques like Ujjayi (Ocean Breath) and Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing) to quickly reduce stress and boost clarity.
