Breath and Rest Through the Holidays with Shari Larson


Join Shari for this Sunday evening series to help support and nurture the body through the stress of this holiday season. We are living through times of uncertainty and feelings of loss.

In this 3 week series we use a variety of props to support our bodies through downregulating pranayama practices and gentle opening yin/restorative yoga poses.

We will explore the themes of letting go in preparation for the more introspective winter season. We will use postures to stimulate the energy systems specifically related to these themes.
This series will be online and class recordings will be accessible for a week following each class.
Dates: Sundays, November 28th-December 12th
