I’ve been living and breathing yoga since November 2018—but my love for movement started before that. For over a decade, I danced my heart out in hip-hop, ballet, and a few warehouse parties in college 😉  I discovered the pure joy of moving to the beat (and occasionally falling on my face trying new moves). My yoga journey began after I had my son in 2018. Postpartum life was a mix of exhaustion, baby snuggles, and wondering if I’d ever feel like myself again. Yoga became my lifeline—a way to reconnect with my body, honor its incredible journey, and rediscover my strength. Along the way, I stumbled into energy work and spiritual practices that felt like coming home to myself while healing and processing my trauma.

Those experiences inspired me to share yoga with others, especially moms navigating the wild ride of pregnancy and postpartum. Because let’s be honest, if we can survive diaper blowouts and sleepless nights, we can do anything—with a little yoga, of course.

For me, yoga is about peeling back the layers and reconnecting with your truest self—the version of you before the world started handing out labels and “shoulds.” My core value? Freedom. True freedom in yoga and in life means creating space for exploration, expression, and strength—no rigid rules, no judgment, just you and your journey. In my classes, I like to keep things real and meaningful. Our class mantra is:

“I don’t want to be perfect, I want to be present.”It’s all about showing up for yourself in the moment, navigating the ups and downs of life, or just trying to make it through another busy day.

As a trauma-informed yoga instructor, I’m deeply passionate about supporting moms—especially those who’ve experienced trauma or just need a little extra space to heal. Whether you’re navigating the whirlwind of postpartum life or preparing for the big day, my classes offer a safe, supportive environment where you can truly reconnect with yourself. We’ll blend somatic movement, breathwork, mudras, and meditation to help you reset your body, mind, and spirit—because healing isn’t just about moving through the motions, it’s about finding space to breathe and process.

No matter where you are in your pregnancy or postpartum journey, I’m here to hold space for you, cheer you on, and remind you that you’re stronger than you realize. Let’s move, breathe, and embrace the freedom of just being.
