I’m Skye, and I’ve been immersed in the world of yoga for six years. Before finding my zen on the mat, I spent a decade dancing in hip-hop and ballet, where the joy of physical movement first captured my heart.

My yoga journey took off after becoming a mom in 2018. Amidst the whirlwind of new parenthood, I craved an active outlet that honored both my body’s recovery and my mind’s need for peace. That’s when yoga stepped in as my saving grace, offering not just physical rejuvenation but a profound way to navigate life’s ups and downs.

In October 2019, I proudly earned my 200-hour yoga certification through Uplifted Yoga, setting me on the path to share this transformative practice with others.

I believe yoga should meet you where you are in life, adapting gracefully to every season. Whether you’re seeking strength, stress relief, or simply a moment of introspection, my classes are designed to cultivate self-awareness (svadhyaya) in every breath and pose. We dive deep into movement, harness the power of breathwork, explore meaningful themes, and even dabble in chanting and meditation—because holistic wellness is about nurturing both body and mind.
