The disciplines and practices learned on the mat, nourished life off the mat.  Showing up for meditation and yoga meant, I got- MY vitamin and left nourished!  Some days, it felt right to attend multiple sessions to check-in, be a better friend to myself and re-align. I felt safe in yoga spaces, there was a sense of belonging.

Family love and support provided ease and energy to deepen my ten year practice as I/ we all received benefits of this holistic system.

Certified by the Yoga Alliance at the 200-RYT level from Source Yoga Center for Yoga and Mindfulness, Reiki in the Usui tradition and Trauma- Informed.  There were many, ”Aha- moments!”, and one of those powerful moments shined light on the connection between yoga and the core foundation of my Chamorro culture inafa’maolek- to restore harmony.  Then the light got even brighter: Yoga brings you hOMe to your inner wisdom! My spirit is led to give you what I received through the years from teachers and healers- reciprocity.

Sessions are created intuitively with a strong foundation in Alignment-based yoga asana, Restoring harmony, Healing, Embracing and Attuning to your HIGHEST being.

*Married to my best friend and high- school sweetheart, Damon.  We live in Tacoma with our blessings Laylah ( 20) and Malik ( 17) and dog Bentley.  I enjoy exploring and being in nature with family, friends or a book. I love to travel, play dominoes, sit in the garden, BBQ, nap in hammocks and most of all, to be with family and friends listening to their stories.
