Yoga Playdate - 4 Week Series
For parents and caregivers of movers through age 4, join in community to practice yoga with your little ones! This 4-week series class welcomes you and your children to practice yoga in a welcoming space for all to explore. A yoga class like no other – mindful movements and restorative poses share the mat with playful songs and creative expression. Each class incorporating a theme or gem of yoga philosophy—timeless teachings made accessible to this season of life as parents, caregivers, and students of yoga.

Kids Yoga - 6 Week Series
In this 6 week series, children discover yoga through movement exploration, story, play and fun. Yoga helps kids develop balance, focus, relaxation, and social-emotional skills. Groups for ages 4-7 and 8-11. Please preregister.
Girls Yoga & Empowerment - 6 Week Series
This is a safe space for girls to come together in community each week to explore, uplift, and inspire each other. We will journey through a variety of heart centered activities including yoga, group discussion, and art. The gift of sisterhood is such a special and sacred gift to carry through life. Join us for this 6-week journey together.
Grounding Yoga for Teens - 6 Week Series
This weekly class will offer powerful tools to help teens get grounded and feel safe in their bodies during these uncertain times. During this class we will journey through gentle yoga movement, restorative yoga postures and guided meditation. This is a space for nourishing community connection and relaxation.
