Prenatal YogaThis is a class for all moms-to-be. There will be gentle variations on traditional yoga postures that specifically benefit the needs of pregnant women. Classes are drop-in; there is no need to sign up in advance.
Class times: Tuesdays 5:30-6:45pm, Saturdays 12:15-1:30pm

Yogimama/Bodhibaby 6 Week Mom & Baby Series Join us for a 6-week journey into yoga-after-baby. Each week we will explore gentle yet challenging poses, mindful awareness of the breath, and subtle core exercises specifically for new moms.
