YOGA BEYOND THE POSES
This fall, we have several opportunities for you to explore some of the deeper foundational teachings of yoga – philosophy, chanting, meditation, energetic anatomy – the aspects of yoga that we don’t usually have the opportunity to deep dive into in a weekly yoga class. Think of this as a chance to dive beneath the poses. Check out these offerings over the next month:
- Introduction to Yoga Philosophy 6 week series on Tuesdays, 11am-12pm with Bonnie beginning October 7th
- The Koshas – 3 week exploration of energetic anatomy with Christine, Thursdays 7pm, begins Oct 23rd.
- Deep Dive 3 Week Series: a Comprehensive Yoga Practice with Jeni, begins Sunday November 2nd
These are all rich opportunities to stretch more than your body – join these seasoned teachers and go back to yoga school this fall. Hope to see you there.
