We are honored to announce that Source Yoga has been voted Best Yoga Studio of the South Sound for 2012 in South Sound Magazine! We thank all of you that voted for us, and gratefully accept it as an acknowledgement that our vision is being fulfilled out in the world, and that we are making a difference for so many of you that walk through our doors.
There are days when I truly feel like I want to pinch myself that this is my “job.” I love teaching yoga, and bigger than that, I love creating and building a business that has as its mission to provide a space where we can all experience our own true natures. Melissa and I talk about that we could never do this all on our own, and it is really the joy, heart, and expertise that each and every one of the teachers here bring that has our vision manifest in the world.
With that, I ask you to take a moment and make yourself present to what your yoga practice provides in your life. Is it more mobility, less discomfort, more ease in your body? Is it relief from stress? Peace of mind? Is it the ability to face the challenges of life and relationships with patience and presence? For you, it may be all of that and more.
Summertime can be busy, and it’s easy to fall out of our routines and lose our connection to our yoga practice. I encourage you to stick with it, and experience the benefits of your regular practice throughout the summer months. We have some great opportunities to stay connected to your practice this summer, from a One Day Meditation Retreat on Vashon Island with Sherry Williams, to our 30 Day Yoga Challenge guided by Amy Petty.
Enjoy the increasingly warmer days, time outdoors, travel and play. And I invite you to also stay steady with your practice, watch what happens, and share with us what transforms for you. We love to hear the difference your practice makes in your life.
Namaste,
Erin
