Family Yoga

Family Yoga at Source Yoga StudioHere at Source Yoga we are pleased to offer quality classes for moms-to-be, parents and caregivers, babies, and young children.

When Source Yoga opened the doors in 2005, we simultaneously started to grow a yoga community and our own families. Since then, Source Yoga has become the premier yoga studio offering quality instruction in prenatal, postnatal, and kids yoga. We are grateful to offer these classes as a way to make a difference in the lives of the many families in our community. When you come to Source Yoga expect to feel nurtured, inspired, and rejuvenated. For other resources, please browse the parenting and pregnancy titles on our recommended reading page.
